Benefits of Buying a Side

Locally Raised -Feel free to schedule a visit to the farm to see where the animals are raised and how humanely that are treated.

All Natural- There are no growth hormones or antibiotics used in our operation.  Our steers are finished a special blend of nautral grains and roughage for at least 120 days.

Superior Quality Meat- Grocery store meat is aged between 5-7 days.  Our beef is dry aged for 21 days to enhance the flavor and tenderness.

Uniformity of product- When you buy commercial beef you may be getting meat from several different animals.  When you buy a side, all of your beef is from the same animal.

Packaged for freezing- our sides are either double wrapped in white butcher paper or vaccum packaged and frozen immediatly after cutting.  Meat that sits in the store before it is frozen loses much of its flavor.

USDA inspected- our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility which is extra insurance that you are buying the healthiest beef available.
